4. Pineapple: Pineapple is also a worrying fruit for diabetes patients. Because it contains up to 16 grams of natural sugar.
5. Litchi: The number of litchi eaters also increases in the summer season. Litchi is also a sweet fruit. Up to 16 grams of sugar is present in this pulpy and juicy fruit. This is the reason why diabetic patients should avoid eating litchi or consume it in very small quantities.
