Pineapple

Keeping cut pineapple at normal room temperature can reduce its shelf life and cause loss of flavor and texture in as little as 3 days. But if you want to retain the crunchy and sweet texture, keep the chopped pineapple in an airtight container and store it in a deep freezer.
