The 32-year-old mother of five explained that simple jobs are just two of the five daily habits that keep her on track and ready to set goals.

She also likes to have her daily snacks organized ahead of time, schedule time for exercise, and always keep a large, insulated water bottle on hand.

These habits help you feel ready to go about your day with the confidence that you won’t get sidetracked or take shortcuts with unhealthy foods and beverages.

“(Hanging up my clothes) helps me stay motivated and takes the hassle out of rummaging through my drawers to find the perfect fit,” she said.

While having healthy food and water on hand encourages you to stay hydrated and eat right.

When it comes to scheduling workouts, Chontel says, ‘It’s about making time.’

And she always makes her bed because in her mind ‘a successful day starts with a successful morning’.

Chontel shared the tips on Instagram with her 1 million followers before asking for their advice in return.

“I sleep in my gym clothes so I have no excuse when I wake up,” one woman said.

Another woman said she sets ‘motivational’ alarms and makes her bed while she makes coffee.

She also makes her breakfast smoothie the night before and has a daily “to do” list to keep her from getting distracted.

One mother said she likes to get up before her children so she can have “a few hours of peace in the morning before the chaos starts.”

Chontel recently shared photos of her newborn twins who were born in January at 31 weeks gestation after what she described as a difficult pregnancy.

The Brisbane-based trainer now has four sons and a daughter and has spoken about her recent difficulty coping with the “exhausting fear” of a “threatened miscarriage” during pregnancy.

Fortunately, both babies were delivered safely by C-section; the girl’s name is Havana Quinn Duncan and her twin brother is named Justice Quinn Duncan.

Chontel and her high school sweetheart, Sam, are now the proud parents of five young children, all under the age of six.

Chontel shared the happy family news on Instagram with her million followers along with pictures of the twins.

“We all had our suspicions that these two would make an early appearance as a high-risk pregnancy (threatened miscarriage). We just didn’t expect them to make it to 31 weeks gestation,” she wrote.

“But here they are, thriving, kicking goals and winning the hearts of all the wonderful neonatal nurses and neonatologists.

“We are absolutely in love with these two angels, and the boys are SO looking forward to meeting them when they are ready to head home sometime in the next eight weeks.”

The social media post received more than 115,000 likes and more than 2,000 people congratulated the couple.

The loving couple have three grown children to introduce to the twins: five-year-old Jeremiah, four-year-old Swayde and one-year-old Paris.

The loving couple gaze adoringly at each other before setting off two confetti cannons that release a burst of blue followed by a pink column, indicating that Chontel is expecting a boy and a girl.

The accredited nutritionist previously told Daily Mail Australia that baby news brings her “so much joy” that she “doesn’t know where to start”.

“It’s like everything I’ve ever manifested has come to life,” Chontel said.

“I have wanted four children since I was little, Sam is one of four children and his house was always wild and fun. But after having two, we started wanting to have a little princess, so this is like a dream come true.”

the fitness queen experienced by “threatened miscarriage,” a common condition that occurs in 20 percent of pregnancies before 20 weeks’ gestation and causes abdominal pain and heavy vaginal bleeding.

While the bleeding often stops, allowing a healthy pregnancy to continue, Chontel said she was struggling to cope with the reality that there is only a 50 percent to 83 percent chance of carrying the baby to term.

“To be completely open, the everyday unknown is hard, exhausting and can sometimes consume you,” he explained.

‘I still live in fear and it’s exhausting to have that weight on me every day, but I have to have faith that my body will pull through. I want you here on the Earth side so badly.
