Get married soon! Married men’s heart is healthy, there is no danger of this ‘dangerous’ disease

Getting married can prove to be good for your heart in many ways. We are not saying this, but scientists say so. Scientists claim that getting married can prove to be better for heart health. Your lover not only loves you, but also protects you from the danger of heart failure. Researchers found that men who never married were twice as likely to die of the disease as those who did.

Researchers examined the survival rates of 94 Americans. Did. Heart-related disease has been detected in these people in the last 10 years. Dr. Katrina Leyba of the University of Colorado said that there is a link between a person’s relationship status and their well-being. Previous studies have found that being married promotes good health and leads to longer life, especially for men. Having a life partner not only removes loneliness, but also reduces the problems related to mental health. It also reduces the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer.

Marriage rate falling in Britain

According to the report of The Sun, the marriage rate in Britain is falling. After 1893, fewer marriages took place in the year 2019 and with increasing time the marriage rate is continuously falling. Data of 6800 people was used in Dr. Leyba’s study. Then they and their marital status were compared. A man is 2.2 times more likely to die of heart failure within five years if he remains a bachelor than if he remains married.

Women at no greater risk

However, marriage status did not affect women’s risk of dying from heart failure. Around 900,000 Britons have heart problems, which are incurable and make the muscles too weak or stiff to pump blood properly.
