I started doing a lot of those things and it has affected my mental health by helping me feel calmer, more at peace, more calm.ā
Calling the therapy “a game changer,” the 25-year-old model added, “Therapy it’s something that has been a regular part of my life for the last four years. It’s something I wasn’t sure about at first, but the more I grew in my relationship with my therapistIt has been a game changer for me.
