Gram flour – 2/3 cup

Rice flour – 2 tbsp

Ginger – 1/2 tsp

Green chili – 1 finely chopped

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

baking soda- a pinch

Oil – 1 tbsp

Water – 2 to 3 tbsp

1. First of all, take chopped onion in a bowl and mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, ginger and green chili in it.

2. Now add a pinch of baking soda and a little oil and mix well.

3. Now if necessary add water little by little.

4. Bake, deep fry, air fry and shallow fry till it turns brown.
