“While it’s hard for some people to exercise every day, there are benefits to doing so if you have a more flexible lifestyle that allows for it,” Ben tells 9Honey.

“Sure, exercising every day of the week can increase your fitness, but your body naturally also needs restso I suggest exercising five days a week.”

Now, five days can seem like a lot, especially for parents with little time or full-time workers. But Ben, a trainer to Erin Holland and Sammy Robinson, emphasizes that “five days of exercise doesn’t have to mean high-intensity workouts to build muscle.”

“There are many age-appropriate workouts for all demographics to be able to have a five-day training week,” he explains.

“For older people, a simple walk every day of the week is enough to maintain their physical activity. For young adults and middle-aged people, a few study classes a week followed by a morning or evening run is everything you need to stay fit and healthy.” to fit in.

social fitness

“Some people want to use the weekends to unwind after a long week at work, and sometimes they can avoid exercise in favor of social gatherings.
