The 52-year-old shares her nighttime routine, skin care, etc. that keeps her healthy and happy. Having a bedtime routine can help the body detoxify, prepare for the next appointment, and also maintain overall health. Sunaina shared how she has an early dinner, drinks herbal tea, and creates a relaxing environment before going to sleep.

Sharing about making healthy changes after jaundice, she said, “Today I am going to talk about my switch from junk food to healthy eating. I basically ate everything unhealthy under the sun. Pizzas, burgers, you name it, and I would eat it. There was nothing healthy in my body.”

With simple lifestyle changes, Sunaina managed to reverse her grade 3 fatty liver. “For me, making that change was much easier and it happened day by day, step by step. My advice to all of you is to not let pain or illness force you to make healthier choices. Don’t be lazy about it. Don’t be afraid. Whether you can do it or not. Just do it before it’s too late,” he recalled.
