If you have a cold and cough and are having trouble breathing, then you should not exercise but focus on rest.
- Exercising when you have a fever can be harmful. According to the doctor, due to fever, the body temperature and heart rate increase. Due to which you are not able to exercise well.
- If you feel very tired and weak, then refrain from exercising in such a situation, because a lot of energy is needed while exercising.
- If you feel pain in the waist and legs, then avoid exercising in that condition because the pain can increase further after exercising.
- If you feel pain in the muscles during exercise, then stop the exercise for a few days. Otherwise the pain may increase further.
- Exercise should be avoided due to lack of sleep. Exercising in this situation can increase the stress level.
- The level of hormones in women varies during periods. Therefore, do not do heavy workouts even by forgetting.
- Even if you have had any kind of surgery, do not exercise at all until you are fully recovered.
- Do not do heavy workouts or do activities like cycling and horse riding during pregnancy.
