Weight Loss Salad Recipes: It is very important to keep yourself cool in the summer season. Doctors also advise to drink more and more water. Stop eating such vegetables which cause problems in your stomach. Wash your vegetables thoroughly before using them. Keep colorful vegetables in your diet. Must include salad along with food. But if you are bored of eating the same type of salad, then here are some salad recipes which will help you lose weight as well as keep you fresh throughout the day.

Basic Cucumber Salad

Material: Raw cucumber, chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage, carrot, tomato, green coriander and green chili. Salt and lemon juice for dressing. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add salt and lemon juice to it. Do not leave this salad for long after adding salt. This will lead to loss of water in the ingredients and they will not remain crisp for long.

Quinoa Salad

Material: Cooked Quinoa, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Capsicum, Chopped Onion, Fried Vegetables, Chopped Cucumber. Salt, pepper, lemon juice for dressing. Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl so that you can stir the ingredients properly and spread the dressing evenly over the salad. You can keep this salad in the fridge for 1-2 days. But don’t leave it out for too long.

Rajma Salad

Material: Cooked kidney beans or if you have leftover kidney beans, cut them and use cabbage, carrots, onions and capsicum. Salt and lemon juice for dressing. Mix ingredients together. Add salt and lemon juice to it just before eating.

Chickpea Salad

Material: Boiled gram, cucumber, onion, carrot, boiled cauliflower, beetroot, salt, curd and black pepper powder. Put all the things in a bowl and mix. Add salt, black pepper powder and curd to it. Boil the chickpeas well. There will be problem in digesting half cooked gram. This will also make it difficult for you to chew them properly as the vegetables will also be raw.

Moong Dal Salad

Material: Cooked moong dal, chopped vegetables of your choice, salt, tamarind juice, black pepper powder. Depending on how you like your dal, you can either cook it till it is completely soft or you can just cook it till it becomes soft. Gets a little soft. Moong dal is very good for the stomach. Let the dal cool down. Add vegetables and other ingredients to it. You can have it either as a salad or as a side dish. You can customize the salad as per your taste and choice of vegetables. You can also add fruits, nuts and seeds to it.
