We’ve all had those lazy, lethargic mornings where we just can’t shake the feeling of sluggishness, even when we’ve technically had enough sleep, especially this summer season. If you are dealing with laziness and looking for the perfect solutions to stay energized during this time of the season, then yoga is the best way to go! 1. Virabhadrasana: Virabhadrasana asana is a yoga pose that is known to be very beneficial when it comes to strengthening the shoulders, improving balance and stability. 2. Trikonasana (Triangle Pose): Trikonasana is a standing asana and is performed from both the left and right sides.  One can start doing the asana by standing and keeping a distance of 3 to 4 feet between his feet.  Turn your right foot out and stretch both arms at shoulder height, keeping your torso in front of you.  The right arm will touch the bent right foot from the waist and the left hand will reach straight above the ears.  These asanas activate the core muscles that aid in balance and stability. 2. Trikonasana (Triangle Pose): Trikonasana is a standing asana and is performed from both the left and right sides. One can start doing the asana by standing and keeping a distance of 3 to 4 feet between his feet. Turn your right foot out and stretch both arms at shoulder height, keeping your torso in front of you. The right arm will touch the bent right foot from the waist and the left hand will reach straight above the ears. This asana activates the core muscles that help in balance and stability. Balasana or Child's Pose: This yoga pose is helpful in reducing stress and anxiety by helping to release tension in the chest, back, and shoulders, but it also helps if you feel dizzy or fatigued during the day or during Your training.
