Busting this myth, Dr. Vijayan said that the truth is that cooking vegetables makes it easier to observe their nutrients, as the cellulose present in them gets broken down and due to this, excessive work is done on the intestine. Answering this question, Dr. Vijayan says that according to Ayurveda, it is good to consume salad occasionally. Because fiber helps break down extra fat in people with phlegm. Ayurveda expert said that many people start their meal with salad and end their meal with fruits to get fiber, they should avoid doing this. The time for cooked food and uncooked food is always different, leading to the formation of pro-inflammatory metabolic byproducts.
