Yoga is a favorite form of fitness that is very beneficial to your overall health. Practicing yoga regularly can help a lot improve your heart health, strength, flexibility, balance, mood, and sleep patterns. It can also relieve back pain and arthritis, as well as help relieve stress.
Add miniature goats to a yoga class? All we can say is that laughter is a great form of medicine. So get ready to cuddle, smile, laugh and play with some of the cutest participants in the class. Goats are silly, fun and love to interact. Let’s be honest: What’s better than watching a kid invite himself to join someone’s back to help him complete the ultimate downward facing dog move?
People with illnesses such as cancer, depression, and anxiety seem benefit from this activity. How is that? The silliness and fun are just contagious, and the jumping goats apparently spark general positivity in all classes.
Goat yoga is certainly not new, but it is certainly a great, fun and healthy trend that is still going strong. And we are very happy about it!
