Kubbra Sait’s postural exercises are all about back bends

Kubbra Sait believe in amplifying it in the gym. The actress is a fitness enthusiast and loves her workout routine. Although Kubbra had his inhibitions about the poses, years of being in shape changed his perspective. Kubbra previously believed that people are born with certain postures and cannot be corrected. However, after ripping through her exercise routine for more than three years, she has come to the conclusion that such exercise myths it needs to be busted as dedicated workouts can accomplish anything.

Kubbra believes in working on your posture every day. A day ago, Kubbra shared a short video compilation of his postural exercises on his Instagram profile.
