badhakonasana

It is also called butterfly posture, which you can do either sitting or lying down. You have to join both the toes of your feet and bring the legs upwards by bending the knees. If you are doing this easy by sitting, then hold the claws with both hands. If you are doing it lying down, then keep the hands straight. These are beneficial for easy abdominal organs.

know sirsasana

In this posture, you have to try to touch your knee with your forehead. The condition is that your knee should not bend. Keep one leg straight and bend the other inward. Holding the legs of the leg which is straight with both hands, bend forward. This asana is beneficial in back pain.

parivrtta sukhasana

For this posture, sit with your feet tied and just twist your waist. First left and then right. Similarly repeat the asana. This asana also provides relief in back pain.
