Ingredients: 2 tsp oil, 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp garlic, 2 tsp green chili, 2 tsp ginger, 6-7 curry leaves, 1/2 cup onion (chopped), 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp Chilli powder, 1 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1/2 cup tomato (chopped), 4 eggs and coriander leaves.

Take a pan and add oil to it. After this add butter, garlic, green chillies and ginger. Stir well till it turns golden brown. Now add curry leaves and chopped onions. Fry it well. After this add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add green coriander and chopped tomatoes. Now add eggs and beat well with other ingredients till well cooked. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Poha

Ingredients: 1 cup poha, 1 tbsp oil, 1/8 tsp asafoetida, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped), 8-10 curry leaves, 2-3 whole red chilies, 1/ 2 cup potatoes (cut into small pieces), 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp green chili (finely chopped), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, and 1 tbsp Green coriander (chopped).

Wash the poha in a sieve and let the water drain completely. Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions and whole red chilies. When the onion starts to turn light brown, add potatoes to it and mix well. Add turmeric and cover the lid to cook the potatoes on low heat. When the potatoes are cooked, remove the lid and add salt and poha and mix well. Let it cook for a few minutes and then remove the poha from the flame. Add lemon juice, roasted peanuts and coriander leaves. Mix and serve.

Mix Vegetable Idli

Ingredients: 1 cup gram flour, 1 cup semolina, 1 medium tomato (chopped), 2 small carrots (chopped), 1 small capsicum (chopped), 1 large onion (chopped), 1/2 cup grated paneer , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3-4 green chillies (chopped), 2 tbsp curd, and eno powder for fermentation.

How to make Mix Vegetable Idli

Take a bowl and put gram flour and semolina in it. Add salt, capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, carrot, eno powder and curd to it. Let it rest for fermentation. Once done, add paneer and mix well. Now grease the idli molds with oil and pour the batter. Do not fill the molds full. Steam for about 12 minutes.
