3. Swimming: Swimming brings many benefits to the body. We exercise to keep our body fit and healthy. Swimming is a very beneficial exercise for physical and mental health. Swimming can keep you strong both physically and mentally. Swimming keeps your heart healthy and also lowers your risk of a heart attack. At the same time, it strengthens both bones and muscles.
