Kearney consumes 5,000 calories a day and uses a sauna to help with recovery. He believes that having a purpose and having fun in the gym is the ideal way to avoid burnout: knowing that the goal when entering the gym will pay off with consistency over time and a healthier mindset.

Ninety percent of the time, focus on your goals; work your butt.

Small incremental goals over a decade took Kearney from losing his first eight strongman shows to becoming one of the best strongmen on the planet. Kearney designed HWPO Strong to give participants a better overall strength base from high volume, which is built to lift heavy objects every day after 12 weeks.
