Change these things with the change in weather
1- Do not consume cold things- As soon as there is a slight chill, you should stop using cold things in food. Some people still consume cold water or curd milk from the fridge, but they can make you sick in the changing season. Do not eat any cold thing in this season.
2- Take a bath with hot water- Cold water is good, but you can fall ill as soon as you take a bath with cold water. In this season you should take bath with lukewarm water. Due to this body fatigue and many types of diseases are removed. Children and the elderly should always take bath with lukewarm water only.
3- Wear full clothes- After the rains, the weather has increased, as well as mosquitoes and insects are also increasing. That is why it is necessary to wear full clothes while going out or in the house. This will protect against mosquitoes and the effect of changing weather will also be less.
4- Reduce the use of AC- Running AC in this season can also cause a problem of cold. That’s why you run AC at least. Sleeping in AC increases dryness and the cold gets blocked by the throat. If you want to avoid cold, then use AC at least.
5- Drink ginger and turmeric milk- In this season, you should consume hot things. Drink ginger and basil tea. Consume ginger and honey daily. Apart from this, drink turmeric and ginger milk. If you drink plain milk, then eat 1 teaspoon of Chyawanprash. Due to this there will be no problem of cold, cold and throat.
