Not only this, you can also become a victim of flu, cold-cough and fever. Children and elders need to take special care in this changing season. Because it can have a direct effect on health. 

Dehydration is a serious problem in this changing season, while drinking water in this season you have to take care of some special things. When it is hot, we drink cold water on one side, due to which cold and cold start. Then fall ill. You will be surprised to know that this season has a direct effect on our health.
