She entitles it, “Diet Philosophy Today.” In the publication, she has shared some details that can help clear up various doubts related to weight loss.

1. Skipping meals after the indulgence will make up for overeating
Nmami clarifies: “It’s okay if you slip here or there sometimes. Get back on track from the next meal. Skipping meals is not the answer.” Many of us resort to skipping meals after overeating, however these extremes in our diet can further affect our body and metabolism.

2. ACV or green tea is good for weight loss
“There is no food that makes you lose or gain weight. What matters is the amount,” he says. Although studies show that there are many benefits of apple cider vinegar and green tea, there is only one extent to which these foods and beverages can be beneficial.
3. Skinny = Healthy
Nmami says, “Body weight isn’t the best indicator of internal wellness. A much better indicator is your diet. When it comes to your health, it’s what’s on the inside that counts, not your weight.” Having a poor appetite or a high metabolic rate can lead to unhealthy eating habits and still have a ‘healthy looking’ body.
