Managing weight loss can be a challenge with PCOS. Here is a story of a woman who lost weight and also controlled her PCOS.

Weight loss processes are different for women due to different physiological changes. When one experiences other comorbidities or health conditions, losing weight can be a challenge. One such health complication is polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Weight management is a challenge when it comes to women suffering from PCOS. Aanya Parashar, a certified nutritionist, claims to have reversed her PCOS and also lost 20 kg.

Weight Loss Diet to Reduce Fat and Control PCOS

“Losing weight is as easy as it seems! Basically, you need to consume the right amount of calories in a whole nutritional diet ♥️ (sic),” reads the caption of Aanya’s post.

According to the video, Aanya starts her day with beetroot juice in the morning. Then he has oatmeal porridge with strawberries, blueberries and half a banana for breakfast. At mid-morning, drink a black coffee followed by a vegetable chickpea wrap. Early in the evening, Parashar eats a handful of walnuts and almonds, followed by mint tea. For dinner, enjoy some soy tikki.

Parashar emphasizes the need to calculate calorie deficit as a key to sustainable weight loss along with a healthy lifestyle. Another of her legends says: “At 15 I was told I would be diabetic at 19 and I was prescribed metformin, which really ruined my intestinal health. At 19 I was told I might never get pregnant. But no one really gave me a working solution. At 24 years old, my ovaries are of normal size and free of cysts. My periods are regular and hormones are in normal range. These few changes really saved my life! (sic)”

Weight loss is an individualistic journey that also has different turns and obstacles. It is important to remember that no weight loss regimen is guaranteed; It is the bodily needs of the individual that can define their own path. Consulting a professional can help you create a balanced meal and routine.
