Weight loss story: “I ate my dinner before 8pm and did weight training + cardio everyday” | The Times of India

My breakfast: In the first month, I skipped breakfast. During the second month I only ate an apple after my training session. Then from the third month I had an apple + protein regularly.

Lunch: I had an apple with orange juice the first month. Gradually, I started eating sabji cabbage with 2 pieces of jowar/bajra roti. From the third month onwards, I also added paneer and salad to my diet for lunch.

Dinner: I made sure to eat dinner before 8:00 pm

1st Month: Salad/Fruit

2nd Month: Protein + salad/fruits

3rd Month: Paneer bhurji in olive oil/2 pieces roti (jowar or bajra)

Sometimes when I was hungry I would have oatmeal to help me feel fuller. On cheat days, I ate plain dosa with no oil or butter. Also, I drank black coffee before training.
