Don’t skip your breakfast and definitely have a fresh home cooked breakfast: That’s not enough to eat a proper dinner; You should start your day with fresh home cooked snacks which include idli, poha, dosa and eggs as part of your daily routine. Other than that, you should include fresh fruits and nuts, which can be steeped almonds, walnuts or just bananas.
  2. Eat hyper-local fruit as a mid-day meal every day: Every day, include hyper-local fruit as a mid-meal (between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner). A hyper-local fruit is one that has no English name, but one in your native language. It may be well-known in your region, but it is not necessarily well-known throughout the world. It differs from common or well-known local fruits like banana, guava, jackfruit, grape etc. Eat ‘Bear’ (Jujub), Maran, Falsa, ‘Shahtut’ (Shetut), Karwanda, Ranjana, Jamun, Bell, Cashew Fruits, Dhurchuk, Tadgola, Nimboli, Ramphal and other fruits to stay physically and mentally healthy. Rich in nutrients, vitamins, prebiotics and bioactive compounds.
  3. Don’t go hungry during lunch: It is enough to have a whole Indian plate. Full-flagged means lentils, bread, rice, green vegetables and side dishes, such as yogurt, pickles, or any dessert if desired. As a result, make sure your lunch is nutritious and contains essential vitamins and minerals. These include fruits and vegetables, whole grains, dairy and protein sources.
  4. Take a short nap in the afternoon (10-30 minutes): Rujuta emphasizes the importance of taking an afternoon nap. She recommends getting at least 20 to 30 minutes of nap in the afternoon immediately after lunch. Start taking naps in the afternoon; It will help you sleep better at night. It will help you get the best levels of growth hormone and IGF (growth factor like insulin). It will also speed up your fat reduction. She also mentioned that those who have had heart surgery, those who suffer from thyroid PCOD, hormonal problems, diabetes, acidity and digestive problems, or those who struggle with insomnia and have lost sleep should try to take an afternoon nap.
  5. Wrap up early dinner: After all, eating a healthy and light dinner will help your body maintain its levels and functions. Rujuta says, “… never remove bread, rice and ghee from your diet to get the perfect body,” while discussing how people nowadays focus on skipping dinner. Rujuta also emphasizes the importance of a good night’s sleep after a meal to fully recover and says, “Sleep and recovery are equally important.”
