‘You can lose weight even while staying at home’: Shehnaaz Gill opens up about diet, fitness and mental health

For breakfast, I sometimes have green chickpeas, dosa, or fenugreek paratha. I eat a high-protein breakfast. My 70 percent focus has been toward my diet.”

In addition to eating a nutritious diet, highlighted the importance of drinking enough water. “I drink a lot of water. To make the water tasty, I add strawberries and cucumber to it and drink it all day long. It’s also very important for your skin.”

While many believe that following a strict diet and going to the gym every day is essential to lose weight, Shehnaaz disagreed. “You can effectively lose weight even while staying at home. If he is not allowed to leave, then take a walk in the house,” he said.
