Satvik Bhojan: There are three main types of food mentioned in Ayurveda. These are – Sattvik food, Rajasic food and Tamasic food. We have an old belief that ‘Jaisa Khaoge Ann, Vaisa Hoga Mann’ is the reason why if you want to fill your life with high vibes, that is, to be happy and energetic all the time, then you should eat such food.

What are the three types of food?

  • Sattvik food- Plant based diet means food that is obtained from plants.
  • Rajasic food – food with lots of chili seasoning, oil, fat
  • Tamasic food – non-veg food i.e. non-vegetarian food

What is High Vibration Food?

High vibration food is plant based diet. This makes your own wives good. But when this food is cooked with love, sattvikta and good thoughts, then this food makes our vibration divine. Therefore, it is also very important in the food that what are the feelings of the person who prepares the food while cooking it. He is cooking the food with happiness, love and belonging or is he just cooking it because it is his job to cook the food…

High Vibration Food: Sattvik food is called high vibration food. Food obtained from plants is called high vibration food. It includes green leafy vegetables, legumes, fruits, dry fruits and every food that we get from plants in some form or the other.

Medium Vibration Food: The things used to make Rajasik food are also usually obtained from trees. For example, spices, oil etc. But the nature of this food is to increase indulgence and luxury.

Low Vibration Food: In which there is pain, violence, anxiety, anger, death and fear. Because getting this food involves the sin of killing an animal. That’s why it is considered to be the lowest bibration food.
