Vishal also talked about his exercise regimen and how he never stops working out or going to the gym: “My exercise regimen is very simple. I make time to go to the gym regularly. I don’t stop going to the gym.” absolutely. I enjoy going to the gym every day, if I have more time available, I spend more time in the gym. For me, going to the gym is fun, relaxed, relaxing. My training regimen is push and pull. very important and the people who train will know it. Either I push weight or I pull weight. For example, if it’s a push day, I’ll do chest and triceps, on a pull day, I’d pull weight like back and biceps, and on day three it would be legs and shoulders. I divide two parts of the body per day and divide them according to the techniques of pushing and pulling. It prevents many injuries because the muscle only pushes and pulls in one direction. There is no wear.”

Vishal has confessed on numerous occasions that it is Salman Khan who inspired him to take bodybuilding seriously. While talking about who has the best body in B-town, he said, “For me, the best body in Bollywood would be someone who inspired me to pursue bodybuilding and is salman khan bhai. I saw it in Bandhan, Veergati and also mentioned this on Bigg Boss stage. When I saw him in both movies, I realized that I needed to have a physique like him and started working out. He has always been my role model. Apart from him Arnold Schwarzenegger a lot and I have also read his book. He has been my guru and I have read the entire book and followed him. If I had to choose someone from the current generation, Hrithik Roshan he’s someone who has a dream physique and I don’t know how he builds that physique every time for a movie. I also love Tiger Shroff for his dedication and flexibility. To have that kind of muscle and then be so flexible, I’ve only ever seen Van Damme do it. In India, if someone has a combination of physique, muscles and flexibility, then it has to be Tiger.”
