  • Take a cylinder in your right hand, then take your right hand from bottom to top and left hand from top to bottom on the back.
  • Hold the cylinder tightly in your hands. After this, stretch the first hand from top to bottom. Then move the other hand from the bottom up. By changing the position of the hand. Do this at least five times.

fourth exercise

  • First of all, stand straight and hold the cylinder in your hands.
