Some studies reveal that staying awake at night can put you at risk of many such diseases, which are ‘silent killers’ i.e. these diseases will go on increasing in your body and you will not even know.

According to many studies, people who have the habit of waking up at night every day may be at risk of heart disease. This is because the sleep-wake cycle controls the functions of your heart and blood vessels. According to health tech company Huma, people who sleep after 11 pm have a 25 percent higher risk of heart disease or stroke.

According to scientists, people who wake up at night are more likely to have type 2 diabetes than those who sleep early. It has been found in a study that people who stay up late are less active during the day. People with type 2 diabetes are at risk because of wrong sleeping habits. People with the disease who sleep less than 6 hours a night are twice as likely to die of heart attack and stroke.

According to The Sun’s report, due to sleeping late in the morning and waking up late at night, you can reduce the vision of the heart, especially when it is winter. Because at that time the night is long and the day is short. However, if you keep sleeping till late morning then it is more likely that you will feel depressed.

4. Cancer

Women who sleep late in the morning have almost twice the risk of breast cancer compared to women who get up early. Research suggests that sleeping habits increase the chances of developing cancer.
