You can make it even healthier by adding grated vegetables to this solution. Prepare a thick batter by mixing oats flour with curd, baking powder and salt. Add vegetables to it. Now put this mixture in the idli maker and let it steam for 10 minutes. You can take it with chutney.
Oats Dosa
Have you tried Oats Dosa? It is very easy to create it. Prepare flour by grinding oats. Add salt and water to it and bring the consistency of dosa batter, neither too thick nor too thin, grease a dosa-making pan and add one spoon of oats batter, cook it properly.
