What can I eat with food?

What should not be eaten with food?

- Curd should not be taken with food. Yes, you can use buttermilk tempered with cumin and asafoetida.
- Lassi should not be taken with food.
When should I eat salad?
- You can consume food items like salad, curd, lassi and plain buttermilk between two meals. For example, after breakfast in the morning, in the break before lunch. That is, around 11-12 o’clock. Or in the break between lunch and dinner. In the evening snack time.
How did the trend of salads with food start?
- According to Ayurvedacharya Dr Rekha, it is not allowed to take raw and cooked food together in Ayurveda. In our country, the trend of eating salad with cooked food started after the arrival of the British.
