Bhalla is a food made from lentils but it is soaked in water to reduce oil. Apart from this, the amount of protein in curd is high. It is healthier than a plate of dal and roti. That’s why eating it will not cause any harm to your health.

Papdi Chaat

This dish consists of curd (high in protein) a fried maida roti and some chana or bhalla. It’s not bad at all isn’t it just roti and curd with tempering for oil? Here you get more curd.
