Vishal is not shy about flaunting his body and was recently seen showing off his slim and chiseled physique. Over the course of the last year, he’s really maintained his body, but he’s also taken on the challenge of gaining muscle. But nothing is easy, the actor religiously follows his exercise routine and controls what he eats to get those perfect abs. Recently, in an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, Vishal talked about his exercise routine, the diet he follows, and the things he has given up to achieve that well-toned body.

“For me, exercise is my way of life. It’s like a habit that I have cultivated since I was very young. I am a black belt in Goju-Ryu-Karate. I started training karate when I was only 9-years-old. Training with weights and I started going to the gym when I was only 16 years old and it has become a daily routine for me. Just like having breakfast, lunch, dinner or brushing my teeth or taking a shower, exercising is also part of my daily routine. day we have 24 hours and we can’t take out one hour for ourselves, so we can’t even expect to have a good body. Vishal also talked about his exercise regimen and how he never stops working out or going to the gym: “My exercise regimen is very simple. I make time to go to the gym regularly. He has always been my role model. Apart from him Arnold Schwarzenegger a lot and I have also read his book. He has been my guru and I have read the entire book and followed him. If I had to choose someone from the current generation, Hrithik Roshan he’s someone who has a dream physique and I don’t know how he builds that physique every time for a movie. I don’t eat after 7 or 8pm maximum. I don’t start my day in terms of food until around 11am. I keep a 16 hour interval. It’s 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating, every day. This is what I follow systematically. Eat everything and treat your body like a temple.”

To achieve that perfect physique, Vishal has given up a lot of things. He shared, “There’s nothing that comes without dedication. I’ve given up a lot of parties, gatherings, and fun with my friends because I had to go to the gym. I don’t hang out with a lot of friends after filming hours.
