Everyone knows that Kardashian’s money can get you access to a wide variety of specialists, from chefs to doctors, but more recently, people have been looking at her personal trainers.
During a scene from Kardashian’s new Hulu show, fans saw Kim, Khloe and Kourtney at the gym, working on their fitness. How else could Kim have lost those 16 pounds in three weeks before the Met.
The sisters are known for their intense training, but according to one pro, that intensity doesn’t necessarily denote a high level of skill.
To the untrained eye, this scene might have seemed totally normal and fine, but to a fitness trainer who reacted to the video on TikTok, he couldn’t have been more wrong.
A fitness trainer claimed that the Kardashians’ workouts need to improve a lot.
Fitness trainer Sophia Nicole posted her tips on how the Kardashians could work out better on TikTok.
“Sorry WHAT,” Nicole captioned her original video, with the text in the video reading “POV: Watching The Kardashians train as a personal trainer.”
In a comment, he adds that he is “in shock” after seeing it.
Nicole grimaces as the scenes go by, seemingly worried about her form and technique as the family is followed by someone who is supposed to be training them.
“Wait, can someone explain what’s wrong? Because I don’t know,” one user commented, prompting Nicole to make a completely separate video about what the Kardashians are doing wrong and what they could be doing right.
She begins the clip by saying “there’s an obvious lack of muscle control,” as Khloe attempts what could be a standing lateral pull or triceps pull where, instead of using the target muscle group, she uses her entire body, including his legs.
Kim can also be seen in the back doing some tricep dips with a bench, but only doing half reps and not getting full range of motion.
In the next scene, during Kim’s reverse grab lat pulldown, it looks like she’s going too fast and putting more pressure on her shoulders than necessary.
“Kim should really slow down the reps and lower her shoulders,” says Nicole.
Maybe the weight is too low and that’s why you feel like you can do your reps with no problem, but if that’s the case you should probably increase it.
“I would love less swing on Khloe’s bicep curl,” he continues.
If you’re swinging, that means you’re using everything but your biceps to lift that dumbbell, maybe the weight is too heavyand she must never sacrifice form for weight.
Khloe then appears to be doing some incline push-ups on one of the benches, but even a simple push-up isn’t as easy as you might think.
“Just slow down the reps and try to get a full range of motion,” Nicole says, commenting on the half reps she’s doing.
Realizing that maybe some people would take it the wrong way, he took time at the end of the video to reassure everyone that he wasn’t trying to criticize them.
“I know these women do a million things a day, but I really believe that with all the resources there has to be a coach that can tell them to slow down,” she says, “work their bodies in an effective, safe and real way.” . transformative way, so they don’t have to do it on live TV.”
Kardashian fans will, of course, be offended anyway and attack Nicole over the video, but some people thanked her for clearing up issues and even asked for more advice.
But a lot of people actually defended the Kardashians or tried to explain away their opinion that the Kardashians were probably just doing it for the TV show — a quick clip to show that they exercise.
