For children, a limit of around 10 is a decent approach. Ritika explained that almonds are super healthy but you also have to control your consumption.
We also asked the expert if there is a specific time to consume almonds, she explained that while snacking between meals or at any time of the day is fine, eating it early in the morning or at night can also be a good time. It is important to start the day on a healthy note.
Benefits of almond
They are full of monounsaturated fats or what we call good fats, which reduce low-density lipoproteins (LDL) or bad cholesterol and raise levels of high-density lipoproteins or (HDL) or good cholesterol. Balancing cholesterol in the body can prevent the formation of plaque and keep the blood vessels of our vascular system clean. Walnuts reduce oxidative stress and are anti-inflammatory.
