Milk Benefits: Everyone can have their own opinion about milk. No one can deny that milk is a treasure of health. That is why Ayurveda considers it a complete food. Regarding milk, Dr Brian Roy, Assistant Professor of Applied Sciences at Brock University, Canada, says that the nutrients found in milk work to nourish our entire body. Only then its consumption benefits the overall health of the children as well.

Sharing the results and experiences of long research on milk, Dr. Roy says about the people who make health by going to the gym, that the youth who consume milk after weightlifting, their body deposit decreases rapidly. That is, fat is quickly reduced while muscles start forming rapidly. So if you are working on your muscles then milk can be your best partner after exercise.
Are other foods made from milk equally beneficial?
If you do not like to drink milk, then the question may come in your mind that does eating other foods made from milk like paneer, tofu, curd etc. also make muscles? So in this subject, Dr. Roy says that instead of milk, if the youth after exercise consume other things made of milk, then the pace of muscle formation slows down in them. That is, your muscles will be formed but not at the same speed as the speed with which drinking milk is made.
Can we drink more milk?
Drinking milk builds muscles and reduces fat. If after knowing this you have this desire that then only milk should be drunk throughout the day. Because it is also a complete diet and does not increase fat as well as builds muscles! But it is not so because excess of everything is prohibited. Drinking milk alone can increase the risk of heart disease and can also surround other digestive diseases. This is the reason that after the age of 6 months, some solid food is also given to the child. But the best way to reduce fat from milk is that you must exercise. Only then milk will help in melting your fat and sharpening the curves.
How much milk should you drink in a day?
How much milk a healthy person should drink in a day depends on what work you do, what is your lifestyle and how many calories you burn. Although a healthy person can drink 3 glasses of milk in a day. But keep in mind that the digestion of those doing sitting jobs is much weaker than those who do physical labor like agricultural work or labor related work, sports, gymnast etc. Therefore, these people can easily digest milk even in excess quantity.
