Karishma, a day ago, shared an intense video of herself. working out at his gym and makes us want to grab our sneakers and run to the gym. The actress shared a snippet of her leg routine and it’s too intense. In the video, Karishma can be seen starting her day with a workout routine using the gym ball. She can then be seen performing lunges as she moves the gym ball to the sides of her with her hands. Karishma can also be seen working on her body balance by jumping on gym equipment and then standing on one leg. Karishma also showed us how carry out perfect squats with leg circles.
