Also write down what treatment you did during this time, due to which you have been cured. Also write the date of the migraine in it. What were you doing before the pain and when did you get relief from the pain?
5- Take the help of yoga- Yoga not only makes the body healthy, but also keeps your mind healthy. You can relax the mind with yoga. Do yoga, meditation and pranayama daily, this will give relief in both stress and migraine. When you feel stressed, do your favorite thing. Take a bath with lukewarm water, this will relax your body.
