What are the Ayurvedic rules of eating?

- If there is an excess of air in your body, that is, you have more gas, dryness, feel very light or weak in the body, then you should include ghee, milk, jaggery, fresh sweet fruits and dry fruits in your diet. Eat them every day.
- If there is more pitta dosha in your body i.e. you feel more heat, there is a problem of burning on the chest, acidity is frequent etc. then you can add cucumber, cucumber, lemon, amla, banana, mint, pomegranate, green leafy to your food. Include more vegetables etc.
- Due to the excess of Kapha dosha in the body, there is heaviness in the body. There may be a problem of falling asleep and being tired all the time. In such a situation, you should consume those things, which help in keeping the body light. For example, fibrous vegetables and fruits. Eat more pineapple, papaya, chikoo, pear, guava, green beans. Eat dry fruits, especially makhana and almonds.
What is the right time to have a meal?
- To stay healthy, your day should start before sunrise.
- Have breakfast between 7 to 8 in the morning and lunch between one and a half to two o’clock. Dinner should be eaten by 8 o’clock in any case.
- Have dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed.
- Eat any fruit or salad etc. in between breakfast and lunch and after two hours of eating food in the time between lunch and dinner.
- Do not eat raw salad with food. That is, in addition to raw onions and green chilies, do not eat cucumber, cucumber etc. with food.
- Water should not be drunk with or immediately after meals. If necessary, drink a sip of water or if you want to drink more, drink lukewarm water.
