3. Chicken Breast
Chicken breasts are great because they are high in protein and contain no fat or carbs. They work well with both eggs and blackeye peas to make a high protein meal with some good fiber. Eat 1-2 chicken breasts every day on this diet.
4. Watermelon Tuna
Each can of water-packed tuna has 33 grams of protein for just 60 cents. This is a great value. Since tuna is so versatile, I love it, even though I don’t really like the taste of it. But mixed into eggs or blackeye peas, they’re doable. Eat 1-2 cans of tuna a day on this diet.
5. Dark Grapes
Dark grapes are a better option for snacks because they have a higher water content. Basically, you’re eating water. This is a great and simple way to get lots of water each day. Eat as many grapes as you want everyday.
