3 Celebrity Weight Loss Secrets You Need To Check Out

Obviously there must be tons of celebrity weight loss secrets that famous people use to get in such incredible shape, right? I mean, they couldn’t possibly just be eating healthy and exercising regularly to get into such good shape — there’s no way there couldn’t be some sort of celebrity weight loss secret to which They are not telling us about it.

Well, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. Some celebrities are smart, some are just plain stupid – which you’ll see in a second.

I anyway give you 3 celebrity weight loss secrets, straight from the mouths of celebrities, plus my opinion on them.

1) Eliminate Red Meat Eva Longoria mentioned that after losing weight when people thought she was pregnant, she replaced red meat with fish. That’s it. He did this because it is harder for the body to digest red meat than it is to digest fish, which is true. However, I personally think it is more than made up for by the fact that the fish (depending on which) probably had fewer calories.

2) poor diet Colin Farrell did one of the stupidest things ever. To get really lean for the movie “Triage” he did nothing but drink Diet Coke and coffee while eating nothing but 2 cans of tuna per day. This is extremely unhealthy and clearly a desperate attempt to lose weight. Just goes to show you that not all Hollywood actors are smart. At least throw some vegetables in their Colin! Although before I call him an idiot, the part of me that admits he knew he wasn’t healthy when he did it.

  There are so many benefits of eating dates in the morning that you will keep counting...

3) Gotta love Seth Rogen – Seth Rogen is one of my favorite actors and he is actually following a very “normal” weight loss regime of eating healthy and exercising with a “brutal” trainer. The funny thing is that they don’t even like being skinny. According to him he feels it will take around 3 hours to get back the weight after the film is over.

Here’s my advice.

Stop trying to find celebrity weight loss secrets and get healthy and exercise regularly. There are many celebrities who go on crazy diets to shoot for films, then gain it all back in a matter of days. Although some celebrity weight loss secrets really do work, they usually don’t work in the long run!

Forget about celebrity weight loss secrets and focus on learning new weight loss tips that fit your lifestyle – this is the best way to lose weight.
