8 Ways to Burn Belly Fat Without Exercise

Want to lose belly fat without exercise? Or, if you’re like me, you’re looking for additional ways to burn belly fat beyond traditional exercise. Here are some great ways to increase your metabolism without sitting on an exercise machine, lifting dumbbells or doing abdominal routines.

1) walk

Walking has been documented as the best thing for sedentary people to do to lose weight permanently. Find opportunities to walk more often every day. At the corner store, around the house or on the spot. It doesn’t really matter as long as you walk for at least 30 minutes daily. Gradually increase your walking speed to 3.5 miles per hour.

2) stand up

Standing burns 33% more calories than sitting. Make sure to stand for a total of 3 hours daily to burn belly fat. Next time you find yourself sitting on the couch watching TV, get up! Walk on the spot while you watch TV for maximum effect.

3) suck in your stomach

Yes, just sucking in your abs will tighten your abs and strengthen the muscles underneath your future six-pack. Here’s what you do – Suck your abs in (pull in, don’t squeeze) as far as you can. Focus on pulling your belly button in as far as you can. Hold for 5 seconds, keep breathing and release. Rest for 10 seconds and repeat, this time focusing on pulling in the top of your abdomen. alternately. You will feel jealous.

Start with 10 reps twice a day. Over the next two weeks, increase the frequency and duration of sucking more and more often, holding it for longer periods of time. In your car, at your desk, while walking, remember not to hold your breath. Eventually you want to get to the point where you’re doing it constantly and unconsciously.

4) Switch off the TV

People who watch TV for 3 hours or more a day are 60% more likely to be obese. Watch TV for an hour a day and do something else. Garden, clean, build something, as long as you find yourself moving.

5) Breathe

Did you know that the number one way to expel waste from our bodies is by exhaling? When you burn fat, your body builds up a lot of toxins that need to be removed. If you’ve ever taken a science course, you’re undoubtedly familiar with the fact that mass cannot be created or destroyed, only changed. When you burn wood, the mass of the wood is converted into energy and gas. This is what happens when we burn belly fat in our body. We, in short, inhale all the fat.

If you were sealed in a glass container that was just sitting on a scale, and you lost 40 pounds, the scale would not show a weight loss. Why? Because the weight of all the lost fat will be trapped in the air of the sealed glass container. What I’m trying to say is, BREATHE! Practice deep breathing exercises, short breathing techniques, and any other breathing exercise that interests you.

6) take a bath

Don’t worry, it’s not as easy as it sounds. Here we are talking about cold water immersion. The water is so cold it makes you shiver. Fifteen minutes of shivering is equivalent to 15 minutes of jogging. In their training, Navy SEALs are forced to sit in the ocean as waves crash over them for up to an hour. This is not hot water, but 45-50 degree water. Because of the seriousness of this training, SEALs are constantly monitored for hypothermia. This is not recommended or supported.

Instead two technologies are supported burn belly fat,

a) Fill a bath tub with very cold water up to ankle height. come on in. Walk on the spot 2-4 minutes. It’s much more tolerable than navy, but it still triggers an increase in your metabolism that lasts for quite some time.

b) Shower as you normally would, but instead fill the tub with as much water as you can at room temperature, 70 degrees. The water should feel cool, not hot. Come inside for 30-60 minutes, read a book, do breathing exercises, etc. Drink ice water to speed up the effect.

After 10-15 minutes you will find that your body is trembling a bit. That’s cool, but don’t push it. When your body tells you it’s time to quit, quit. There’s no need to rush. Over time, you’ll be able to burn belly fat with cold water dips without putting your health at risk.

7) Take a steam bath

Sweating is a great way to detox. But, don’t do this after submerging yourself in cold water, it will kill your metabolism. You can artificially make your body sweat by taking a sauna or a steam bath. When your body is overheated by fever, exercise, or steam, your heart rate increases. Blood circulation increases to cool the body, sweating takes energy, thus burning calories and releasing hundreds of toxins. Another great way to burn belly fat.

Please don’t be wrong. I’m not recommending dehydration. In fact I recommend drinking lots of water, even bring water with you to stay hydrated. Make sure it is hot water, cold water will defeat the purpose. If you’re dehydrated, you won’t sweat as much, if at all.

Start with 10 minutes but keep to a maximum of 20 minutes. Don’t have access to Steam? No problem. Place a seat on your toilet, turn on the shower, HOT, close the door and turn off the fan. You can also wear a sauna suit to enhance the effect. drink lots of water. You can also walk in place to burn extra calories.

Keep your arms up. If you can only hold it for 30 seconds. No problem. Stand up, rest a moment and repeat until you reach 5 minutes. This will tone your legs like no other exercise can.
