1- First of all, if what you are eating has preservatives or chemicals in it, then avoid such food.
2- You must include green and raw vegetables and their juice in the diet.
3- Do not use fried roasted and package food in food at all. They contain a lot of chemicals.
4- Use organic food as much as possible. The heart is also being harmed by chemically fertilized things.
5- Stay away from junk food and do not use refined oil in food at all.

According to internal medicine expert Dr Swati Maheshwari, the best exercise for the heart is walking, jogging, brisk walking. You must take out only half an hour for a walk every day.
