Diet for quick weight loss – quick, easy and natural

Earlier when I thought of quick weight loss, I often thought of Jenny Craig’s diet or some weight loss pill like Proactol or Hoodia. About a year ago I learned that there are easier, better and cheaper ways to lose weight fast.

I’m talking about a plan called the Calorie Shifting Diet. The basic approach to this diet is that food is not your enemy and that a proper, moderate diet will help you lose weight. Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? It is not. In this diet, they have taken an age-old well-known secret and combined it with what we know today. When we eat, two hormones are released in our body. One hormone stores fat and the other hormone burns fat. Of course, if we want to lose weight, we need more fat-burning hormones and fewer hormones that store fat in fat cells.

Through evolution our bodies have been taught, often harshly, how metabolism must work in order for the organism (this means us) to survive. The ability to store energy for later use is a good idea, but if those stores become large, they become a threat to the organism and sadly there is no autonomy that can help us with that problem. Do. Instead we get sick, we get type 2 diabetes and we are heading towards cardio vascular disease.

However, with some minor adjustments to our diet, we can get our bodies to use more stored fat and at the same time we don’t store new fat. You know, about every three months our fat stores are completely replaced. We imagine that the fat we carry is the same but in reality the old fat is used up and replaced by new fat.

The minor adjustments that need to be made are that we eat regularly, we eat healthy foods and we replace calories at certain times to trick the metabolism into burning more fat than it is storing. In. There are people who lose up to 9 pounds per 11 days and that is amazing stuff. Most people, however, lose about 5 pounds per 11 day cycle.

When I decided to lose weight I took out my calendar and marked this day as number one, made a new one on day eleven and a new one on day 28. You see, you start by going on this diet for eleven days and then you get three free days where you can eat almost whatever you want and then you go on the 11 day diet. By day 28, I had lost 15 pounds! I strongly recommend this diet to you who have tried and failed all fad diets.
