So where can you get healthy food recipes? First of all what is healthy food? Foods without meat? No! Foods with little or no fat and without excessive sugar or salt. You can eat meat, you don’t have to be a vegetarian to be healthy.

Let us tell you the benefits of eating low fat meat. In the human body the brain uses approx. 60-70% of the body’s available energy at any given time. For children, try mixing some fruit juice with carbonated water. Certain herbal and green teas can be very beneficial for your health, but avoid too much caffeine.
