Many women struggle with belly fat. If this happens and applies to you then you know how difficult it can be to deal with that unsightly fat bulge around your midsection. If you have already tried to get rid of it then you probably also know that it can be difficult to remove. That’s why you need a great plan to reduce belly fat for women.
Fat storage:
There are many great ways to lose belly fat for women, but they are all bound to fail unless you understand certain things about how fat stores and burns fat. You probably already know that fat storage is based on calories. The more calories you eat, the more you have to burn to keep from storing fat.
However, the part you may not realize is that you can’t cut calories too drastically if you expect to burn fat and lose weight. This is because your body will go into starvation mode.
Humans still have some fundamental functions, as do animals. One of those functions is that our bodies store more fat when food is hard to find. So, you cannot starve your body in weight loss or fat burning mode.
Short term diet:
The fact that cutting calories can actually lead to more fat storage is one reason short-term diets don’t work. Another reason is that many diet plans lack a variety of vitamins, minerals or even flavor.
Thus, they can choke you to death and such strength can drain from your mind and body. This will leave you irritable, tired and with very little willpower. Therefore, this is not the answer.
Proper Nutrition:
One of the ways to reduce belly fat in women properly is proper nutrition. This means that you have to eat a varied diet ad that includes many healthy components such as protein, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and vitamins. In fact, getting enough protein (at least 1 to 1.5 grams per day) is crucial for building muscle.
Lean muscles will help your body burn calories faster and more efficiently. This means that you will soon start shedding those unwanted pounds easily and effortlessly, until it becomes like second nature. However, you cannot build muscle without protein and proper nutrition. As a result, be sure to eat a well-balanced diet.
Training:
Lastly, both weight training and cardiovascular training exercises are some of the best ways for women like you to lose belly fat. You want to make your cardio workouts short and intense, not long and steady. The intense workout will really get your heart pumping and your calories burning.
