Food And Diet For Weight Loss: The trend of losing weight and becoming thin has gone on. Everyone is engaged in losing weight in some way or the other. Losing weight is a good thing. Due to this many diseases stay away from the body. Although some people are not able to lose weight even after trying hard. The big reason for this is some things related to lifestyle and food habits. You must do some work before sleeping at night. This will help you in reducing weight and the body will also be healthy.
If you want to lose weight, then definitely do this work at night
1- Dinner till 7 pm- If you want to lose weight, then eat dinner by 7 o’clock. Whatever you want, eat it on time. There should be a gap of at least 3 hours between your meals and sleeping. If you eat late, the food gets digested late. Due to this obesity also increases rapidly.
2- Include these things in dinner- Include foods rich in protein and fiber in the dinner. Have dinner as light as possible. Include green vegetables, soup and dal roti in dinner. Due to this, the stomach will also be filled easily and calories will also be reduced.
3- Drink hot water- Drink warm water before sleeping at night. This will make it easier for you to digest food. Drinking hot water helps in reducing weight. Make it a habit to drink 1 glass of warm water, especially after having a meal.
4- Drink turmeric milk- You can drink 1 glass of skimmed milk while sleeping at night. Try drinking turmeric milk at night. This will help in reducing obesity and keep the body healthy. Turmeric milk helps in weight loss and good sleep.
5- Get good sleep- Move away from gadgets before sleeping at night. Make a habit of sleeping by reading some books. This will help you sleep well and reduce obesity. When you take deep and full sleep, it reduces obesity.
