Don’t Try the No S Diet Until You Read This Review

Are you tired with the next diet break? There is no doubt that there are many solutions available including the South Beach Diet, Atkin Diet, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc. to help you melt away fat. However, most diet plans require that you restrict certain foods or calorie intake. For example, to lose weight with Weight Watchers you need to understand the food points system. As a result, you can get overwhelmed with diet rules (do’s and don’ts) and advice. If you fall into this category, you may be happy to learn about the new No S diet.

As a sucker for weight loss plans, I’ve never seen a simpler plan than the No S Diet. There are only three rules to follow:

  • No snacks between meals. You can eat whatever you want at mealtimes, although your serving is limited to one plate.
  • No Seconds: As mentioned, you are only allowed one plate of food at mealtimes. You can’t go back for more.
  • No sweets: No sugar, soda and “syrup” juice drinks.

However, you are allowed some S’s (Sundays, Saturdays and selected special days). Special days include national days, religious festivals and birthday parties for your friends or family. On these “S” days, you’re allowed to relax the rules, just don’t overdo it.

Many people have tried the No S Diet and insist that it works. The diet plan promotes healthy eating habits and lifestyle. However, one issue I do have with the diet plan is its rule against snacks. Granted, not all snacks are fattening and unhealthy. You should eat healthy snacks (such as fruits, nuts, nuts, and seeds) between meals. Health snacks help control your overeating, provide extra energy and nutrients.

These diseases can be cured by drinking mint tea, know what is the right way to make it?

I believe no s diet is a good diet plan. It sounds more like a lifestyle than a weight loss program. You will definitely lose weight with the No S diet but it may be slow. Don’t expect miracles.
