Exercise:

Weight training burns more calories than cardio vascular exercise!!! So next time you exercise, swap out the treadmill for an hour of weight training. Do full body compound movements 3 times a week with at least 48 hours of rest between workouts.

Do cardio vascular exercise 1-2 times per week.
