Follow the 10 Idiot Proof Diet Rules and Lose Weight

“The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook” is used by the popular weight loss plan Fat Loss 4 Idiots. This booklet is based on ten rules on how to lose 9 pounds in 11 days. You can do the same if you follow these rules. Below I have listed these ten rules:

Rule #1 – Use the Calorie Shifting Concept. The calorie shifting method is a key concept in the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan and is the single most important factor that makes the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet more effective than other traditional diets. Rule #8 – You must drink water several times a day First and foremost because when you drink water you will feel full and thus automatically eat less. Also, it is healthy to clean your system with water regularly.

Rule #9 – Allow enough time for your meals. Eating slowly will prevent stuffing and overeating.

Rule #10 – Walk for at least 30 minutes every day. Walking is a great way to exercise when you want to lose weight.

If you follow the above listed idiot proof diet rules then you will be on the right track to meet your weight loss goal. Don’t expect miracles from just these rules; There are a few other tricks you need to learn to kick your metabolism into high gear and really accelerate your weight loss.
